The percentage calculated for your insurance varies on your destination county. Your percentage rate will be provided to you in your formal quote as an optional service.   • How to reduce the cost of my international move?
    This is one of the most asked questions we come across. There is no simple answer to it as every move is very different and the cost mainly depends on the total cubicle meters/feet you are looking to send. By reducing the volume of your goods you will potentially reduce the total move cost. We advise our clients to refrain themselves from sending big and bulky items. If you are moving your full house you will generally receive better rate for your move overall as it’s more cost effective per cubic feet. Having said that, if you are sending only partial move (boxes of items). Large items will most certainly increase your cost.
  • How do I book my move?
    It is very straightforward. Once you checked with your Sales Manager your move dates are available, you can sign your acceptance form directly on our portal. In order for the booking to be valid we require 30% deposit payment on a day the form has been signed. The remaining balance will be due for payment 7 days prior your move date. Please note if your move day is within the 7 days window, full payment might required by us (destination dependent). Once acceptance form and deposit payment is received, you will automatically receive email with confirmation of your booking with agreed date.
  • How long will my move take and when can I expect the goods to arrive?
    The total volume of your goods and access to your property will determine the amount of time (days) our team will need to safely pack, inventory and collect your belongings. This information will be provided to you at the quotation stage. The arrival timing is dependent on your destination country as well as the type of service. The move via Air will get to you in the shortest time but it’s fairly expensive and has its own restrictions, i.e. bulky items are not allowed to be sent via air. Country dependent we also use road transport - Reloux Part load road Service to EU from 7 to 28 days Reloux Dedicated road service to EU from UK 3 to 7 Days Reloux Sea transport - Reloux Groupage or sole use container. Sailings dates will also affect the arrival times. All the information tailored to your move will be provided to you based on estimated arrival time. All Estimated arrival times are subject to customs clearance timings.
